Membership Renewal
To maintain an active Endorsement, you must have an active membership at First3Years or another AIMH. Enroll or renew your First3Years membership here: https://www.first3yearstx.org/membership

Endorsement Fees

**Next Renewal Deadline**
The next renewal is due on 12/31/2027. The renewal period will open on October 1, 2027. Please contact endorsement@first3yearstx.org if you have any questions.

You are joining an international group of professionals who have chosen to earn the Endorsement credential as a way to demonstrate specialization in the infant-early childhood mental health field. Endorsement was developed by the Michigan Association for Infant Mental Health in 2002 and is now used by 38 state IMH associations and 2 international associations. Each of those associations is a member of the Alliance for the Advancement of Infant Mental Health.

Through the Alliance, this means that your Endorsement is recognized in each of those 40 associations.
